Credit Slips: Foreclosure Statistics for New Mexico - These Just Out.

The home foreclosure effect was a bit slower here. It’s been a long-term drawn-out agony since 2008, and is still playing out. Many mortgages have only recently gone subterranean. If you’re looking to buy out here, asking prices are BS. Everything’s negotiable - I don’t care what price point it’s at.
